本文对加入wto后我国大中型企业面临的激烈竞争环境和黑龙江省大中型企业知识产权保护方面的严峻挑战的分析，指出了黑龙江省大中型企业在专利保护、商标保护以及商业秘密保护等方面存在的问题，并根据黑龙江省大中型企业发展与管理的实际需要，运用有关的典型案例就其专利保护各种策略、商标运用与保护策略以及商业秘密保护策略的运用环境、运用方式和技巧进行了实证研究。
